If your tutor doesn’t join class even after 20 minutes of its scheduled time, you should report it to DocExams immediately using our WhatApp, Imo or other social contacts. We will try to communicate with your tutor through his/her available contacts. If he/she doesn’t show up within 30 minutes of your class start time, your class will be postponed and you can join the next class as per its schedule.
