Student Agreement

Welcome to the We provide live online video lectures for students who want to pass their medical licensing exams for different medical professionals. This Student Agreement (this “Agreement”) applies to users who visit and use the Service (collectively or individually “Students”/”You”) through our website “Site”/”We”).

User Account & declaration:
To subscribe/enroll for a course, Qbank and to send a connect message to any required tutor, student is required to create a free user account through providing name, email and a user password. Students can also sign in using Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+ login options. In your account dashboard, you may be prompted to enter additional information like your country, phone etc.
  1. You assure that all provided information is complete and accurate. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.
  2. You must not use the Site or its courses (or any material we provide to you in connection with Site course) for commercial purposes, financial gain or other gain.
  3. You must obey any lawful instruction that we give you in the course of you using the Site.
  4. You must not collect the content of other users of the Website, or access the Website using automated means.
  5. You must not impersonate any person (including a staff member of us) or hold yourself out as having authority to act on behalf of us.
You also agree that you must not use the Site in a manner that:
  1. Is contrary to any law or which may encourage a person to act in a way which is contrary to any law;
  2. May result in damage to the Site or any property or equipment of ours or our contractors or agents (including by uploading viruses or other harmful code);
  3. Is disruptive to the learning of others or that may restrict, disrupt or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Site;
  4. endangers the health or safety of any person; or
  5. may cause an interference to any business conducted by us.
Course Types: Student can either register for any published course offered at the site OR can search for a tutor at the site and request him/her for one-on-one lessons for your required topics/subjects.
Course Requirements: Once, found your required tutor at the Site, all requirements shall be clearly mentioned in the connect request sent to the required tutor(s). Any irrelevant or incomplete request which doesn’t show your intend for hiring the said tutor may be subject to ‘auto delete’ without sending it to the said tutor.
Course Admission Criteria: All published courses at the site contain each course’s comprehensive description, helping you to understand the target audience for this course. You agree that you will not participate (or continue to participate) in this Site course unless you meet stated admission criteria for that course. By participating in a course, you represent and warrant to us that you satisfy (and at all times will continue to satisfy) the admission requirements for that course.
Fee Payment: You agree to pay the tuition or down payment for COURSE /Qbank in advance before activating the service. You authorize us to charge your credit card or other means of payment for the deduction of fees. We work with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Code of Conduct: As a student, you will be a part of largest and most diverse medical learning communities in the world. We expect all students to follow our code of conduct for healthy learning environment.
Course enrollment & account access: When you subscribe/enroll for any course/tuition, you agree not to transfer or resell course in any way. Any course subscription is solely for your personal preparation, non commercial basis, any commercial use is expressly prohibited by the Site and no compliance may cause to end your registration without offering any refund.
Refund Policy: We always do our level best to satisfy you with our offered courses. We will be happy to refund you based upon different cases of eligibility periods. Please understand that we do not entertain refund request from those who are found violating our Term or use and Honor code even their request is made within eligibility periods. Similarly, no refund request will be accepted from those who are not happy with their final exam result after taking the course. After receiving your refund request, we will notify you for its approval or rejection. If approved then your refund will be applied to the payment medium you used for purchase. If you have any other question related to refund, kindly visit our help center or you can also raise the question through ‘help’ option in your course dashboard.
Course satisfaction: We conduct spontaneous feedback during the course from targeted students to ensure smooth conduct of course. You acknowledge and agree to provide required performance feedback as required at any/every stage of the course.
Tuition Only: Offered courses at the site do not offer any certificate at completion. These courses offered by independent tutors at the Site only to help you prepare for different medical exams.
GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION: Your enrollment may be terminated for several reasons, upon Site’s decision, including failure of yours to comply with the Site rules and policies, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Site may terminate your enrollment/registration at any time for such violations. The Site further reserves the right to modify the rules and policies, and any such revisions will be posted online at Site. In addition, Site reserves the right to terminate the student’s access to the course without a refund.
We, under no obligation to review any messages, information, or content (“Postings”) posted on the site by users, and assume no responsibility or liability relating to any such postings. Notwithstanding the above, We may from time to time monitor the postings on the site and may decline to accept and/or remove any postings that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racial, ethnic, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, advertisements or solicitations of any kind, messages posted by users impersonating others, personal information such as messages which state phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses, or employer references.
In the event that you breach any term of this agreement, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate this agreement, your access to the site, and its provision of services to you without refund. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such breaches.
NO GUARANTEE: You understand and agree that successful completion of course is not a guarantee of passing targeted exam Or getting your required job. The Site has not made any promise to the student, express or implied, regarding any opportunities for the student following completion of the course at the Site. You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless and Interface Education, their officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns from any such claim.
