A Physician, Dentist, Nurse, Pharmacist, Technician and other Allied health professionals, who are willing to practice in UAE emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ral Al Khaimah and Fujairah are required take Ministry of Health And Prevention (MOH AP) Prometric exam. To obtain an evaluation letter to get MOH AP license issued, one is required to follow given steps;

1. Visit MOH AP (Ministry of Health and Prevention) website here, for creating an account and start your electronic service.
2. Click at the 'Create New Account' link for new applicant and fill out this signup form with required details. As soon as you submit this form, an automatic email with login details will be sent at your registered email address and your account will be created.
3. Login as 'Customer' on the above given link with the provided login details.
4. On landing 'All Services' page, chose the 'Evaluation' option.
5. Complete basic required information in your personal profile and click on 'Save' button.
6. On 'Health Professional Evaluation' page, chose your category and click 'Next' button.
7. Start filling your 'Initial Information', 'Qualification(s)', 'Experience' and 'License(s)' details and upload relevant documents clear scanned copies accordingly. For candidates who do not have any health licenses then you may skip it and fill out your employment experience details and upload experience certificate for verification under Experience section.
8. After filling submitting above evaluation request and paying service fee, you will be provided with a link to pay the Dataflow verification fees, and as soon as you pay the fees, the application procedures will be completed. Now you can schedule your exam from Prometric test centers.
