What are the requirements for DOH/HAAD exam?

Candidates applying for DOH/HAAD exam, must fulfill following requirements, and should have clear scanned copy of following documents;

• Valid Passport
  One should have a valid Passport, which should not be expiring within atleast 6 to 8 months of applying for exam.
• Degree or Certificate
  Original degree or certificate, and Marksheet or Transcripts from a recognized institution. If you are from Pakistan, Egypt or Afganistan then you must also provide clear scanned copy of back side of your degree .
• Physician and Dentist Experience Certificate
  Experience certificate for general practitioner or general dentist, to be eligible, one must have atleast two years clinical experience, post one year house-job. This experience certificate should be duly signed and stamped. Should have clear email and other contact details mentioned at their letter head.
• Nurse Experience Exemption
  In revised PQR (Professional Qualification Requirement), registered nurses with Bachelor’s degree in nursing, no longer required experience. Previously, two years experience was required before applying for DOH exam.
• Medical License
  Valid Medical License issued by licensing authority of graduating country.
• Good Standing Certificate (GSC)
  Recent Good Standing Certificate issued by the medical council or association from the country of last employment. This certificate is only valid for six (6) months from date of issue.
• Photograph
  Photographs with white and blue background, cause at certain position, they will ask for blue background photograph.
