What is your course refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your course, you can always claim refund within its eligibility period which may vary from case to case as highlighted below;
- If you request refund for your pre-enrolled course before classes start, you will get full refund (only processing charges will be deducted which is being paid to bank or any other intermediary company – These charges varies from 3% to 10% of the total paid amount).
- If you request refund within 2 days of your course start, you will get full refund (only processing charges will be deducted which is being paid to bank or any other intermediary company – These charges varies from 3% to 10% of the total paid amount).
- If you request refund after 2 days till 7 days of your course start, you will get partial refund after deducting the processing charges + charges equivalent to your studied days. Please note, for courses having less than 2 weeks duration, above case 2 is only applied.
- You are not eligible for refund after 7 days of your course start. Any dispute afterwards will be dealt with utmost care by DocExams. If you still feel that you are eligible for refund then kindly raise the question from ‘help’ option available in your course dashboard.
