A tutor is required to inform DocExams immediately using our WhatApp, Imo or other social contacts for any possible delay or absence before class timing, so that we will communicate it with the enrolled student(s). In case of lateness, if tutor doesn’t show up within 15 minutes of class start time, class will be postponed. 

Please note: Frequent lateness or absence is violation of our code of conduct and can result in cancellation of your course and even withholding of your payments (if any). For more details, kindly read our ‘Punctuality & Lateness’ policy in code of conduct.
